Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, just return the product to us in its original packaging with all barcode tags in place, then follow the instructions below, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We guarantee customer purchase made from the Pinkpearl website all across the world. We offer a 100% quality guarantee on all our merchandise we sell. We will exchange, repair or accept the return of any merchandise as long as it’s in original condition and accompanied by its receipt within 30 days of purchase. This includes any delivery charge (conditions apply)

No refund will be given for discounted goods. Only in cases, where the goods have been found damaged or incorrect, we will consider a refund request. In these cases, the promotional price will be refunded.

In case you want to cancel the order for any reason, you should cancel it before the order fulfilled and shipped by the warehouse. We will refund as either a store credit (Pinkpearl Currency), Gift Card or to the purchaser’s original payment method within 3-4 working days after order cancellation. It might take up to 45 days to complete the refund transfer.

Delivery charge return

Case 1) In case of damaged products, the customer can send the item back to us and get a full refund back. In this case, we will refund the cost of delivery paid and cost of the courier to return the products.

Case 2) In case an incorrect product is sent to the customer, the item can be sent back to us for a full refund. If you want to get an exchange against the original item, a new order has to be placed, once the item has been returned. In this case, we will refund the cost of delivery paid and cost of the courier to send the item back. Please initiate this by dropping us an email on Fashion18_nayan@hotmail.com or a message on our facebook page.

Case 3) In case you should return an item and the reason for return is not a result of mistake/error on our end, make sure to inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return. We will refund as either a store credit (Pinkpearl Currency) or to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding all shipping costs, international customs duties and sales taxes, provided that it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the courier back to us.

Refund will only be initiated, once we received the goods back at the warehouse.
